General Terms and Conditions Services
Service Reservation
- The holder of booking made with The Company shall be considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Service order shall be submitted and confirmed at least fourteen (14) days in advance prior to Arrival in Japan. The booking of offered services should be done and received in writing by e-mail.
- All bookings must be completed by e-mail and upon completion, a confirmation letter will be sent to the provided email address. Full payment in USD plus all applicable local tax (10 %) is required upon confirmаtion of order.
- Once the set of Terms and Conditions has been accepted by the client, 100% of order amount and payment shall be settled to proceed with booking.
- All payments including but not limited to service reservation, service amendment, service extension should be made prior to the service.
Legal Obligations of the Parties
- The Company undertakes:
6.1 To provide tourist services, according to the written Order sent by Client by e-mail.
6.2 To carry out all necessary actions to provide ordered tourist services (Accommodation, transport, excursions, catering, guides- interpreters) etc.
6.3 To provide the Client with the full information about tourist services, according to the Order.
- Client undertakes:
7.1 Payment should be made at prices and tariffs established by invoice at least seven (7) days in advance prior to Arrival in Japan
7.2 Refers the information with flight data (flight number, arrival/departure, guest name, hotel) not later than four (4) days in advance prior to Arrival in Japan
7.3 For enquiries on entry, visa requirements or customs regulations, please contact the respective government bodies for detailed information.
The cost of the services and the procedure of payment
- Rates in price list and invoice are established in USD. In case when invoice and confirmation of tourist services have been sent, The Company can not change the price without preliminary agreement with the Client. Price in invoice is definitive and also can be changed only in case of booking conditions change, or in case of rise in price of tourist services.
Amendment Policy, Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Any change of confirmed bookings (arrival time, departure time, number of passengers, etc.) is accepted in a written notice by e-mail and subject to additional charge.
- The Company will only accept requests for service cancellation or re-schedule of itinerary made directly by the client in a written form by e-mail.
- Booked and confirmed services can be cancelled free of charge up to seven (7) days (local time of airport, arrival/departure) before the service is to be performed. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the service is a subject to additional charge. This standard policy is applicable in case no other conditions are specified in the individualized offer.
- No show on date of service is subject to full payment of total order amount and is non-refundable.
Data protection
- VOYAGEJAPAN will not disclose to any third party any personal data without the express authorization to do so.
